I am proud to have contributed to the development of custom in-house platforms for the International Organization for Migration (IOM) compensation programs: the German Forced Labour Compensation Program (GFLCP) and the Holocaust Victim Assets Program (HVAP). These programs aimed to provide symbolic financial compensation to former slave and forced laborers, as well as other victims of the Nazi regime. The GFLCP was established in collaboration with the German government and industry, while the HVAP was created under the Settlement Agreement reached between Holocaust victims and Swiss banks.
To streamline and manage the millions of documents and data related to these claimants, I designed the UX/UI for each of the 12 custom platforms. These platforms aimed to create an efficient and user-friendly experience for the staff handling the claims and compensation process. I prioritized ease of use and accessibility for users, ensuring that the platforms were capable of handling the complexities of the programs while remaining intuitive for the staff.
My involvement in these projects included:
Through my work on the IOM GFLCP and HVAP platforms, I demonstrated my ability to create effective and user-friendly solutions for large-scale humanitarian programs, ultimately helping to bring justice and support to the victims of these historical atrocities.
Due to a signed separation contract, I cannot showcase specific details of my work on these platforms.
