Design and development of the new IEC website
Complete functional, operational, and visual redesign of the IEC website.

- Creation of user personas
- Creation of different customer journeys
- Wireframing and Prototyping: Create low-fidelity and high-fidelity representations of the product design, such as wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes, to facilitate communication and testing of design concepts.
- Design of template pages
- Creation of web governance
- Interaction Design: Define how users interact with a product, including the layout of interface elements, the flow of user actions, and the feedback users receive as they engage with the product.
- Migration of the content
- Training content owners from different teams
- Coordination development and testing including usability testing: Tested the product design with real users to identify potential usability issues and gather feedback for further improvements.
